Matt is a UK based producer and has worked with Massive Attack, Arthur Baker, Mica Paris, JTQ and a host of other artists, while having his own success with Deepest Blue, The Drill, DADA, 4Tune 500, M-Gee and numerous other pseudonyms.
Deepest Blue, the outfit for Matt Schwartz and Joel Edwards musical collaboration is a chart topping act with two top 10’s and a a top 20 album with over a quarter of a million sales. Formed in early 2002 the duo has been experimenting with dance and acoustic vibes, resulting in their smash hit ’Deepest Blue’ in 2003, they followed it with the No 2 airplay record ‘Give it away’ and after two more singles, the sky sports news theme and a top 20 Album they decided to call it quits in 2005 only to reform in 2007 and work on a new album . ‘Miracle’ is the first single form their long awaited second album, it’s an edgy sexy hybrid between disco and electro with a touch of indie.
